Weddings
ENGAGEMENT PORTRAITS
Engagement portraits can be made for B&W newspaper reproduction purposes or for personal ownership or gift gifting.
Cost: $75.00 plus tax
Includes location fee & 1 – 5 x 7 black/white.
Additional B&W Prints: 5x7-$15.00
4x5-$10.00
There will be an extra charge for negative retouching.

Wedding Packages
A wedding CD is included with all wedding packages. The CD is personalized and contains both digital proofs and your wedding album slideshow. This allows the bride to show any one with a PC computer her wedding day. This aids in protecting her personal wedding album, because she no longer needs to loan it out. The digital proofs will be used to make the final selection of prints for your wedding package. The slideshow and digital proofs are yours to keep. The digital proofs will also be available on a personalized website.

Additional hours may be purchased at the rate of $100.00 per hour, billed in half-hour increments. Please book in advance.

Note: Package #6 is only intended for small intimate weddings that do not include changing the location for the reception. No dinner or dancing coverage is provided. Only available to schedule within 60 days of the wedding.
REPRINTS
Please ask about reprint prices
Your wedding photos must be properly framed or protected in acid free albums to prevent fading and deterioration of the photographic images. A popular wedding gift observed regularly are album covers decorated for the bride and inside are those magnetic album pages that will break down the emulation on your photographs.
Please do not put your photos in the albums with the magnate pages if you want to have photos with the proper color and images for years to come.
The albums we sell are all acid free, museum quality albums. Your wedding album is as important as your wedding photos and should be correctly protected for longevity.
TERMS
To book your wedding and reserve the time and date a deposit of $250.00 is required. We will not hold this date for you until the deposit has been paid. The deposit is not refundable. The balance of the package you select for your wedding is due at least two weeks before your wedding date. Failure to pay the balance will result in forfeiture of the date and time.
Additional Orders: 50% due with order.
The balance is due when the order is ready for delivery. The order will be the responsibility of one person. Partial orders will not be given out until the total balance is paid.
State and local taxes are added to all orders.
Travel charges will be applied for locations out of the Panama City area.
Bruce Kennedy Photography should be notified immediately of any changes. We will not be responsible for changes if we are not notified.
All original prints (previews) are the property of Bruce Kennedy Photography and must be returned when placing your order.
Established prices at the time of booking are guaranteed up to 60 days after the wedding. Any orders after that time will be priced at the current price schedules. Orders placed after the 60 days period will have a $20.00 reactivation fee.

All photographs created by Bruce Kennedy Photography are copyrighted and protected by Federal Copyright Laws. This means that others cannot use our images as guides for paintings or any other type of reproduction without our written consent. Violations of Federal Copyright Laws will result in legal action to recoup lost revenues. All rights to exclusive use of negative, positive, and digital material and reproduction there from are reserved with Bruce Kennedy Photography.
